Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
Mari Kyrios offers a 30 day money back refund on eligible unopened products. The 30 day refund period begins on the date the delivery confirmation shows the order was delivered.
To request a return, please contact us using the form below before sending any item back. Returns sent without first contacting us may result in a delay in processing your refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, laundered, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless Mari Kyrios sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If we shipped the incorrect item, please contact us so we can help correct the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to help process the claim. Once reviewed, we will assist with arranging a return and replacement when applicable.
Warranty
Mari Kyrios stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by our handling or fulfillment process, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern and help make it right.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper washing or care, alterations, accidents, or damage that occurs after the product has been delivered and used.
RigidRAM Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Normal Shipping Hours and Processing Times:
We do not ship to freight forwarders. These orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately. If you would like to order our parts and ship to a freight forwarder, find our listings on eBay or Amazon:
98% of all orders ship the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Shipping times are determined by business days. If an order is placed on a Friday for overnight delivery and ships that day, it will not arrive until Monday. For those rare orders that are delayed, we will ship within 2 business days if ordered by 2:00 p.m. CST. For your protection, we insure all our shipments.
We proudly ship our products to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories/protectorates.
We do not ship directly to other countries, but have partnered with eBay and their International Shipping Program to offer our products to accomodate our international customers. You may find our memory here:
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Warranty & Returns
RAM / Memory
Within 30 Days of Delivery:
RAM may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day return period begins on the date the shipment is marked as delivered to the address specified in the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned items are received and processed by KMG Brands, a refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent, subject to availability and the customer’s preference. Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
After the 30 days return period, all of our memory is covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty through KMG Brands.
Products being sent back for replacement after 30 days:
Lifetime replacements must have an RMA issued and be returned to KMG Brands prior to us sending the replacement.
The return cost of insurance and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. KMG Brands will pay for the shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.
Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. RAM, drives, and outdated technology are not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is not currently available on the common market as a new product.
Important: Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser, and you must be verified before an RMA is issued.
KMG Brands Warranty Coverage:
KMG Brands is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty for our RAM (computer memory) products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. RAM, drives, and outdated technology are not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is not currently available on the common market as a new product.
What is Covered:
- Defective materials and/or craftsmanship in RAM modules.
- RAM that fails due to normal use, within the conditions outlined below.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Physical damage caused by external factors such as liquid spills, power surges, improper handling, or installation or removal errors.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification of the RAM.
-Damage caused by other internal components, including non-working components, inside the computer the RAM was installed.
- Normal wear and tear.
- RAM installed in devices not compatible with the product specifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, flood, or fire.
Warranty Duration:
This limited lifetime warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the RAM, provided the RAM remains in the original system in which it was installed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact KMG Brands customer support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
2. If eligible, you will receive instructions on how to return the RAM for inspection. Refunds for standard returns will not be given after 30 days past delivery. Delivery date is determined by the package tracking information and applies to the shipping address listed on the invoice.
After 30 days, refund eligibility is limited to approved warranty claims. For warranty claims, KMG Brands may, at its sole discretion, choose to repair, replace, or refund the defective item. A refund may be issued instead of repair or replacement if the original item or a comparable replacement is unavailable, discontinued, limited in supply, or subject to significant market price increases due to DRAM availability issues, supply constraints, or other market fluctuations.
Limitations of Liability:
KMG Brands's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective RAM. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (such as lost data or business interruptions) caused by the failure of the product.
