Computer RAM (Memory) Warranty
After the 30 day return period, all of our memory is covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty through KMG Brands.
Products being sent back for replacement after 30 days:
Lifetime replacements must have a RMA issued and be returned to KMG Brands prior to us sending the replacement.
The return cost of insurance and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. KMG Brands will pay for the shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.
Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.
Important: Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and you must be verified before an RMA is issued.
